"Several years ago you all fixed my dad's turntable and that made him SO happy. Listening to records that he hadn't heard in years was like a reunion with old friends. Thank you so much for your service!"

"I am a high end SACD and DVD Audio music collector and recently purchased a very expensive disc which unfortunately, was swallowed by my Oppo BDP-83 universal player. Never happened before! The folks at Paragon were super conscientious and able to remove (and save my disc) as well and get my Oppo up and running again. Will definitely use you guys again in the future!"
Greg M
"I have been meaning to contact you for a while to let you know how happy I am with the new Pro-Ject Turntable you sold me, but more importantly for the great service during the exchange of used for new, calculating accounts and credits, and other complications. It is obvious you care about your customers beyond just the sale and I really appreciate it."

History of Paragon Video & Stereo

Paragon's History

Steve and Mary Kay Puntillo founded Paragon Video & Stereo in 1988 to provide quality new and used audio and video equipment and speakers in the Madison, Wisconsin area. They also began offering custom installation of multi-room music systems and home theaters at a time when few others had even heard of such things.

After 10 years of success, they acquired a larger property in the beautiful historical shopping district at 1905 Monroe Street and remodeled it to create their current state-of-the-art retail store.

After a lifetime of involvement (since 1956) in electronics, Steve is always interested in meeting people who share his passion for what's new as well as for vintage and historical treasures.
