"I'm writing to let you know how much I continue to enjoy my home theatre/surround sound system...How nice that all this pleasure has also introduced me to great people-more "friends" than salespeople. Thanks for all your help and support!"
"We want to tell you how much we appreciate the great service and quality products we recently purchased from Paragon Video and Stereo to create a new home theater system in our home. Please feel free to use us as a reference. We would tell anyone who inquires that Paragon Video embodies the best of the old fashioned retail virtues: fair prices, outstanding quality, and extraordinary personal service reminiscent of the good old days when doctors made house calls."
"When I picked up the Marantz this week, didn't get a chance to say it was a pleasure doing business with you all. You were straight with us when it came to advice and not having much knowledge we did appreciate it. We love the system we have. It is perfect and worth every penny. Thanks again!"

History of Paragon Video & Stereo

Paragon's History

Steve and Mary Kay Puntillo founded Paragon Video & Stereo in 1988 to provide quality new and used audio and video equipment and speakers in the Madison, Wisconsin area. They also began offering custom installation of multi-room music systems and home theaters at a time when few others had even heard of such things.

After 10 years of success, they acquired a larger property in the beautiful historical shopping district at 1905 Monroe Street and remodeled it to create their current state-of-the-art retail store.

After a lifetime of involvement (since 1956) in electronics, Steve is always interested in meeting people who share his passion for what's new as well as for vintage and historical treasures.
